Firstly, you should decide on whether to go for a single over, or a double oven. For the larger family events and entertaining, a double oven may be a better choice. Also, built-in double ovens are usually roomier than the smaller, double ovens which are built under the counter. You may be better off with a larger single oven which will generally offer more space for your larger roast.
